Rob McIntosh China understands your concerns over Internet security. Because we share your concerns, we've worked closely with our internet system provider and their proprietary World Merchant System to develop a highly secure on-line ordering process-one that lets you shop and order with confidence. All order information is processed via 128 bit-encrypted transmissions, the highest level of security available on the internet and the same level of security that banks use to conduct on-line banking.
Ordering from Rob McIntosh is as safe as ordering can be.
The Secure Order Process
Using the World Merchant System software, in conjunction with features built into popular browser software and third-party credit card processors, our site provides advanced security for your on-line purchases.
The security features are automatic; you don't need to do anything special to invoke them.
After you've decided on the items you want to purchase, you'll be prompted to continue your order by clicking on "Select". The item you selected will be added to your shopping cart. As you proceed further, you will be required to fill out an order form with your name, address, etc. At this point, you enter a secure mode.
Your computer and our host server begin communicating in secure mode, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format. It's at this point that we ask you for your credit card information. 128-bit encryption software is exceptionally powerful and ensures the security of this data as it is transmitted to our host server. Once your order arrives in our store, we treat it with the utmost care, as we do with any other credit card transaction information.

At Rob McIntosh, we believe in establishing trust with our customers. The information that every customer supplies to us for ordering or shipping purposes is kept strictly confidential, will not be sold or given away. It will be used for filling your order and completing your transaction.
